What makes Footprint different to other providers?

The answer is simple – we care. About our clients and about our work.

We’re regularly mistaken as employees by attendees as we have soaked up the values and culture of each organisation we work with. We will always go that one step further for our clients, for example providing aftercare to enable attendees to implement their newly learned skills and behaviours. We regularly get feedback that our development solutions feel different and more engaging than previous solutions. How do your measure your results?

We begin with the end in mind – we ask you what bottom line results you want to achieve as a result of employing us. We then work backwards – what behaviours, skills and knowledge is necessary to achieve those results.  We work with you to ensure measurements are in place to capture the ‘before’ and ‘after’ immediately following the development solution and then at a later date. Our ‘reactionnaires’ are more focused on measuring the confidence/commitment of our attendees in applying their newly acquired skills/behaviours than how good the lunch was (although we’d be the first to complain about soggy sandwiches!)

How much do you charge?

We charge a daily rate which is the same for research/design/delivery. No complicated price models for us.  We’d map out a project based on our conversations with you and how much of our time was needed for the project. We charge expenses in line with your travel policy, not ours.
