Our client wanted managers to be able to nip disciplinary situations in the bud as much as possible before they became too formal.
What We Did...
We developed a practical programme working through the spectrum of managing performance from feedback to investigating and conducting a disciplinary hearing. We also developed the internal HR Business Partners to co-deliver this solution with their L&D colleagues, which minimised the dependence on external support.

The Impression We Left...

An increase in the informal interventions reduced disciplinary and grievance hearings by 66% and 53% respectively.
