Starting Point...

Our client wanted to develop 500 middle managers to support the delivery of a transformation programme in the business with enhanced leadership and management skills.

What We Did...

Our 2-day programme covered how to adapt leadership styles, managing change, adult behaviour and challenging performance. Participants embedded their learning by practising with their own real case studies and receiving written feedback from the facilitators. To support this solution, we incorporated pre-work with action learning, self-assessment against leadership competencies, 360 feedback and learning contracts.

The Impression We Left...

An internal review revealed a 9.1% increase in leadership capability and a Return On Investment of 269%.

We nearly forgot to say – this programme also won a CIPD Award for Developing People and was shortlisted for a Training Journal award too!
