Starting Point...
Our client wanted Footprint to design and deliver a senior leadership team event which needed to be fun but practical and focussed on understanding strengths and valuing differences to strengthen relationships.
What We Did...
We developed a half day event which included a highly participative ‘Nasanta’ team challenge followed by a debrief introducing Lencioni's Five Dyfunctions of a Team. We also introduced Kahler's Drivers so participants could learn more about their own Drivers and how this could impact working together as a team.
The Impression We Left...
A survey revealed that participants were taking positive action as a result of what was learned and discussed on the event.

What our client said....

Footprint delivered a team building session for our Senior Leadership team. I found working with Footprint extremely easy and they were very accommodating to our needs. The session was well designed and delivered with lots of opportunity for discussion and participation. All  enjoyed the day and found working with leaders from other areas of the business rewarding. This was their first team build as a new leadership team and it certainly wet their appetite for more development.
